Executive Committee

Connect2Careers incorporates students from Hospitality, Tourism, Recreation, Health Promotion, Recreation/Leisure, Culinary, Golf and Event Management. In the past two years we have invited the schools of Massage, Spa and Aesthetics to join us as their student body has close relationships with our employers, adding legitimacy to our event.

Connect2Careers is an event run by students for students. A student committee of students from the individual schools involved in the event orchestrates C2C. Alumni, first year, second year and third year students further support the committee as a method to ensure continuity as the event evolves from year to year. There are two part-time faculty who oversee the student committee, Deb Bobechko and Steve Hilborn. Deb Bobechko has been leading C2C for six years and Steve Hilborn for four years.
