Hiring

You will have the opportunity to hire 4-month co-op students and take advantage of the tax subsidies while getting the first pick of graduating students. Some students are already trained in cost controls, marketing, food and beverage, reception operations, supervision, accounting, point of sale technology, are Smart Served Certified, and more! This is also an opportunity to hire multilingual and international students. New Canadians is an ever increased target market that your business needs to tap into.

Price

Connect 2 Careers uses not-for-profit structure so, every year we are able to connect more students with more employers. Each year, companies come from the United States, British Columbia and Alberta because their cost of attendance is often offset by the value of hiring well-trained students.

Register before February 17th to ensure that you get all of the necessary information to showcase your company on Hopin.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR 2022:

Due to our online virtual format, the employer booth selection is not applicable this year.

Please select “standard booth” for registration purposes in 2021.

We will offer employers a selection of their preferred booth location in 2022.

All employers will be provided with a virtual booth space in 2021  – free of charge.   We anticipate returning to an in-person event in 2022

We are offering an virtual standard booth in 2021.    Double booths will return in 2022.

All Double booths are $250 and include the following:

  • Free event day parking
  • Breakfast & lunch provided by the Culinary program
  • Connect 2 Careers promotional item
  • Basic white table linens (no skirting)
  • Any required technology (limited availability)
  • Support student
  • Access to power
  • Two (2) 6-foot tables
  • Four (4) chairs

We are offering free virtual standard booths in 2021.   Premium booths will return in 2022.

Premium booths are $275 and include the following:

Snow Day – 2022
